On Site Magnet Surveys

Ferrous contaminant removal magnets need to be checked and certified.  This is a service we can supply.  We can either carry out the survey at your site or hire/sell you the equipment if you prefer.

For the site survey, we checked the magnets and record all the information needed for your audits

- Magnet type, Location &Strength

Using equipment calibrated to UKAS standard you can rely on the accuracy.

We supply an electronic document certifying the magnets to the following;

- Location
- Magnet type
- Max magnetic reading
- Visual inspection
- Magnet integrity check
- Pass / fail (based on the above)
